Maria is the Senior Manager Quality, Client Safety and Governance for Minda Incorporated and has worked in quality, safety, risk management and governance since 2005. Commencing work in the public health system in 1978, she has held various clinical and management roles in tertiary hospitals and government departments within South Australia and the Northern Territory. Maria continues to maintain her clinical, business and legal knowledge by active participation in professional bodies education programs, and by utilising her clinical knowledge and experience to provide strategic advice relating to change processes and coordinated responses to emerging service needs.

Michelle has over 14 years' operational knowledge across the health and medical research sectors, as well as project management experience across the public and private sectors. Michelle is the Executive Infrastructure Director of Minda Housing and Minda Incorporated, where she is responsible for the Master Plan at Minda Brighton and providing sustainable housing for people with disability.
