Our new Inclusive Cafe

Inclusive Café is giving people with disability the opportunity to learn new skills, earn a wage, make friends and contribute to the community in an environment which has been designed to emphasise abilities, not disabilities.

We are committed to providing a wide range of options for supported employment, which can be tailored to suit an individual's needs, this includes the recent opening of our new Café.

Inclusive Café (INC for short) has recently opened at Minda Brighton and is now in full swing, with great coffee and a full menu, available six days a week.

INC provides employment for people of all abilities and as a social enterprise, the contribution patrons make in supporting INC will be invested back into supporting people with disability.

Supported employees Cheryl and Chelsea have transitioned from working in a smaller setting to working at INC - so make sure you say hello!

INC Café offers a broad array of meal options and freshly roasted coffee made by qualified baristas.

The innovative menu caters for all taste-buds and includes vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options, available both as dine-in and take-away.

INC also has capacity for corporate functions and indoor/outdoor events. Its expanded and enhanced offering further encourages the local community to come into Minda Brighton, meeting one of the overarching goals of our Master Plan, to promote community inclusion.

Open from Monday to Saturday, INC looks forward to welcoming the wider community.
